Great price for seniors with Par 55 card. Kitchen staff is excellent and friendly. Bar has good choice of beers. Fun and friendly course marshals.

We had a Sunday morning round. Usual good quality greens at Franklin, they were running pretty quick - no surprise given the lack of rain. The fairways were playing firm and quick too. I always try to play Franklin 2-3 x a year - good value, always consistent playing conditions in my experience.

The course has undergone improvements lately.....sand traps, tee boxes, etc. The staff is trying to improve the course conditions.

This is a good, classic layout, but unfortunately it was in poor shape. The greens on the front side were particularly bad, as it appeared that they had not been mowed for some time. It was also very slow, although that might have had something to do with playing on Saturday afternoon.

I enjoy playing there as long as pace is decent, have been there a couple of times where I have to wait and wait to hit every shot.

Didn't see the canyon. Not much of a course. Disappointing.
